I'm sure the food here is good but I wouldn't know. I waited over 45 minutes to get my food and it never arrived, so I left.

After waiting for over 40 minutes. I ordered an Elvis Steak (medium done) A few minutes later the waitress came back and told me the Elvis steak was sold out but they had a smaller version of it….
When the food came the steak was a little warm on the outside and cold (almost frozen) from the inside.
When I went to pay they charged me the Elvis steak (which was way more expensive than the Entrecôte)
Never again… very disappointed

I was somewhat surprised when my traveling companions wanted to eat at the "American Grill" while we were traveling internationally, but we gave it a try.
The staff was very friendly. The theme and music was a fun theme and comfortable. The food was pretty good. The fries were surprisingly good, though, I am one of the few Americans who doesn't really like fries. The Patty Melt was pretty good, though, distinctly not an American patty melt.
Overall a good experience with friendly staff. I enjoyed it!
